JPMorgan protesters won private prison fight outside CEOs manhattan home

Reuters reports the JPMorgan Chase & Co have decided to stop financing private prisons in the US.

I hate reading statistics that black LGBTQ disproportionately represent the prison population in the US.

There's one that really scares me about how 1 out of every 3 black men will go to prison in their lifetime.  

Not jail.  Prison.  

This is largely because it is profitable to put US citizens in prison.  Its actually a billion dollar industry.  Today, that industry just took a hit:

Reuters reports the JPMorgan Chase & Co have decided to stop financing private prisons in the US.  This is huge news given the fact that a lot of people have been protesting outside of the CEOs manhattan home.
